Policy for Cancellation of Tickets to Activities & Events

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will receive 50% refund.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours’ of the event date notice you will be charged the full amount of the ticket price.

Non-refundable events

There maybe cases when we cannot offer a refund for our activities and events. If this is the case it will be clearly noted at the time of booking.

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

If your cancellation is due to a positive Covid test, and you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice we will offer you a credit or a transfer of your ticket to a future event to use within a 6 month period.
