We have an expert team on hand to guide you through all the particulars and from the initial show round and the journey throughout, our team are able to advise on the best way to manage your event, ensuring that your guests have the best possible experience.
The minimum cancellation charge is 30% of the estimated bill. This will increase to 70% if cancelled within 7 days of the event date and 100% if cancelled within 48 hours of the event date.
Catering and drinks
Catering to be provided by in-house team or an accredited supplier.
The Whitaker is fully licensed and can provide a wide range of drinks for your event. We do permit clients to provide their own drinks for an event however charges will be applied.
Special dietary requirements will be provided for with prior notice.

Licensed until midnight – later license can be applied for and additional charges will apply.
Can use own florist & production companies we prior agreement.
No use of bluetac or high tac tapes within the event spaces walls or floors.
No helium balloons allowed in The Old Stables.
