Yoga at The Whitaker – Easy Like Sunday Mornings…
Come and join Vanessa on a Sunday morning to practice some slow mindful Yoga with an option to stay for a delicious brunch following the session.
A slow, mindful flow exploring what feels good for your body with breath lead movement, finishing with a relaxing set of restorative postures, accompanied by carefully curated music followed by a healthy & delicious brunch.Suitable for all levels, beginners are very welcome! Expect to leave feeling calm and happy, ready to face whatever life throws at you.
Sessions take place on Sunday 20 March, Sunday 24 April, Sunday 22 May and Sunday 19 June.
