Come and join Vanessa on a Sunday morning to practice some slow mindful Yoga with an option to stay for a delicious brunch following the session.
A slow, mindful flow exploring what feels good for your body with breath lead movement, finishing with a relaxing set of restorative postures, accompanied by carefully curated music followed by a healthy & delicious brunch.
Suitable for all levels, beginners are very welcome! Expect to leave feeling calm and happy, ready to face whatever life throws at you.
Sessions take place on Sunday 23 January, Sunday 20 February and Sunday 20 March.

Unless otherwise stated, for family workshops you only need to book a ticket for each child attending. Accompanying adult is free
