Yoga at The Whitaker – Easy Like Sunday Mornings…
Come and join Vanessa on a Sunday morning to practice some slow mindful Yoga followed by a delicious brunch.
A slow, mindful flow exploring what feels good for your body with breath lead movement, finishing with a relaxing set of restorative postures, accompanied by carefully curated music followed by a healthy & delicious brunch.
Suitable for all levels, beginners are very welcome! Expect to leave feeling calm and happy, ready to face whatever life throws at you.
